Pleated Stripe Cotton on Organza Base - Off White - Film Studio Deadstock

A lightweight, semi-sheer fabric featuring opaque cotton stripes delicately woven over a crisp nylon organza base. The alternating bands of soft cotton and airy more sheet pleating create a subtle texture and visual depth—ideal for garments that balance structure with softness. Perfect for blouses, occasion wear, or romantic overlays where you want a play of light and shadow. The nylon backing lends a slight crispness, helping the fabric hold its shape beautifully.

This fabric has preexisting widthwise channels with strings that can be pulled for gathering the fabric. Strings may also be removed. 

This eco-friendly deadstock was liberated from a popular film studios wardrobe department. Film studios often buy full rolls of fabric and use only a fraction of them. Leaving mostly full perfect condition new rolls behind. We purchase and catalog them to offer you designer quality fabric at discounted prices.
